There are many ways to practice handstands; one isn't necessarily better than the other. Use techniques from different disciplines and get accustomed to being upside down, sideways... balancing on anything but your feet.

MEDITATION
Meditation classes may use the aid of singing bowls, visualization, chanting, and breathing exercises. There are so many ways to reach the state of ananda, bliss, lets explore all the ways to get there!

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Typically class will have 7-10 resting postures held for 3-5 minutes each. Sometimes class will include self massage techniques, vocalization, breath work and meditation.
