MEDITATION

Private meditation classes will be catered to the individual but use the same techniques as group classes.  Group meditation classes may use the aid of singing bowls, visualization, chanting, and breathing exercises.  In her personal practice she does both open and closed eye meditations and is comfortable leading either.  There are so many ways to reach the state of ananda, bliss, lets explore all the ways to get there!
