Acro yoga is about being completely in touch with your own body and how it works with another body. In my classes you'll learn about plumb lines, bone stacking, counter balancing and of course, we will get you into some pretty poses you can put on your Instagram. ;)
Expect to start off with a lot of core stabilization and subtle techniques to introduce the more complex movements we will address throughout the class. There is always something to work on no matter how much experience you have, whether you are new to partner work, or an old pro, come hone your skills and make some new friends, through trust and play!
